A DREAM home created by a cleaning boss and shown on TV's Grand Designs has been used as the set for a lesbian porn film.

The five-bed property was built by businessman Clinton Dall, 56, who invited presenter Kevin McCloud in to keep tabs on its progress.

The £3.5million home set in five acres was built to dad-of-four Mr Dall's own specifications with a gym, 50ft pool, five bathrooms, underfloor heating and a sauna.

It has been let to a film company for a Peter Andre music video and the Ryan Reynolds BT ads.

But it was also used as the set for the French-made movie Lesbian Games for These Three Stewardesses. In it, three air stewardesses cavort on a large table where Kevin and Mr Dall discussed the rollercoaster of building the home.

The bikini-clad porn actresses also sip cocktails by the pool before romping with each other as the home's "owner" looks on.

One fan of the Channel 4 property show said: "I love Grand Designs and seeing what twists and turns the people will go through as they try to pull their dream property together.

"As soon as I saw the setting for this film it rang a bell — it's quite a distinctive property.

"I can't imagine for a minute that Kevin would have ever guessed what would have happened on that table."

The sprawling home is valued at £3.5million

Mr Dall knocked down a farmhouse-style home that once stood on the site to bring his dream build to life in 2015.

During filming, the self-made millionaire told presenter Kevin: "I am a neat and tidy person. Everything has to be just right."

As the show progressed even Kevin was taken aback by the size of the project, exclaiming at one point "bloody Nora" as he looked across the vast steel structures.

Even Mr Dall's builder called the project "unbelievable" as costs spiralled to more than £1million, on top of the £850,000 to buy the plot.

The property, in Colgate, West Sussex, is named Pavello. It sold for £3,450,000 last year.

It is understood the porn film was shot before the sale and neither owner had any involvement.

A friend of Mr Dall said: "The house was never intentionally let for a porn shoot although it was often let to film companies."
